This device is like a mini tens unit that you can hold in your hand at night. It helps you sleep soundly. Very comforting. It works!

I like to hold this sleep-aid in my hand when I go to bed. The gentle tapping helps put me into a relaxed state. However, it hasn’t once helped me to fall asleep. I still struggle with insomnia.

Works - a true Miracle

A little confusing at first it is showed to be held in left hand ( for sleep) métal bottons away from Palm with just 1 or 2 fingers resting on middle metal dot I fell asleep like that with mild electrocution in my fingers the first 4 nights within in 20 minutes never in my life have I fallen asleep like that befor usually takes hours- just read another description saying you should hold the metal parts in the palm of your hand ( not Sure which way is the right way) I’ll try tonight right now I’m just happy I have been sleeping like a dog since I got it
